THE UNTAMED CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

General Information on Returns

As you are a consumer you will not be able to cancel your order once you pay for it and your order has been processed and dispatched. We hope that you are happy with your order.
If you, against our best efforts, have received a wrong, damaged or defective item, below are the steps to return a product.

All items must be returned unused, with authentic labels, in original packaging with intact tamper resistant seals; otherwise, the item will be considered unfit for resale and will not be accepted as a return. Promotional gifts or samples received with your purchase are to be returned as well.

Returns Procedure

 

Please contact us through email at contact.ng@theuntamed.com to notify us of your intent to return. Your message should contain your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.

 

If damaged item:
Please specify the item(s) affected and the damage that has occurred. Attach images of the damaged item(s) as this will help our customer service team resolve this for you without delay. If your parcel contains broken glass, please do not handle the goods for your safety. Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.

Upon receipt of the parcel, if you can see any damage please check the contents inside before signing/accepting the parcel to ensure you have received all of your items.

 

If missing or wrong item:
Please specify the name and number of the missing/wrong items. If there is any noticeable damage to the parcel box please send our team any images of this.

You will then be contacted by a member of our Customer Experience team to organize the return.

Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.

Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.

Please pay the appropriate shipping costs and return the parcel to the address as informed by our customer-services.

Request a proof of postage/delivery (POD). THE UNTAMED will not be liable for lost returns. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers wishing to return fragrance items should have regard to any labelling and packaging guidelines produced by your zone’s postal service or any other courier that is used.

Any underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a refund if the goods are not returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging.

Once we have processed your return and it is qualified for refund, our customer service will contact you by email. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by THE UNTAMED by the original payment method.
